About Us

Founded in 2024 by Mark Muratori, Advantage Plus Financial Solutions is on a journey to help small to medium size businesses achieve their goals and fulfill their vision of running a successful and profitable company.

With over 25+ years of experience in the financial field, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge, predominantly from hospitality finance having worked in several of the most top rated hotels in the world.  From large big city properties, exclusive star-studded romantic coastal and rustic mountain getaways, to a period living and working in the British Virgin Islands, each business has had a story to tell through financial data that could be analyzed and  bring about a vision of profit and growth. 


Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a Master's in Finance, and a Master's in Business Administration both from Northeastern University.


Through years of inspiring challenges, interesting settings, with large management companies, to working closely with private individual owner's, Mark has successfully unraveled that story and shaping it to become one with the owner's passion and vision. 

As Advantage Plus Financial Solutions continues to develop, grows, and gains more clients our focus will be to empower business owner's, with a team of dedicated professionals, to achieve success, while enjoying and taking pride in nearly every minute of the journey. 


A main staffing focus will be on partnering with local colleges and universities to provide a first "real-life" experience for accounting students.  The goal is for them to take some time away from the books, apply what they've learned, make professional long-lasting relationships and begin their own journey full of life's interesting, exciting and varied experiences.
