Frequently Asked Questions -

  • My books are a mess! How do I get started?

After an initial consultation to determine the scope of the project we will perform an assessment of your current accounting records.  Based on our review we will provide a written assessment of the current state of your accounting records, a plan to completely catchup and cleanup to date, an anticiapted time frame and the cost proposal.

  • How far back will you go?

How far back do you need us to go?  In reality we would only recommend either the current year, or the current year and the past year or two depending on how much historical data you want to be able to compare with the current year actual performance.  We can help you make that decision during our initial consultation.

  • How long will it take?

The amount of time to complete the project depends on how much will need to be done.  After our review of your current records we will be able to provide a timeframe.  However, generally we can complete an entire year in a few weeks, again depending on how many transactions, accounts, invoices and purchases you've had during the period in question.
